With DryCleanDash, getting your clothes cleaned has never been easier. From sign-up to delivery, our process is designed to save you time, eliminate hassle, and deliver fresh clothes when you need them.
Making Dry Cleaning Easy in Just 5 Steps
Step 1: Sign Up
Fill out the quick sign-up form found on our website. Once submitted, our team will call you to finalize your account, discuss your preferences, and arrange delivery of your welcome package.
Step 2: Receive Your Welcome Package
As a new customer, we’ll deliver your personalized welcome package to your door—completely free of charge. It includes a reusable clothes bag with your name and a door hook for convenient pickups and deliveries.
Step 3: Schedule a Pickup
Every Sunday and Wednesday, we’ll send you a text reminder to schedule a pickup. Simply reply ‘Yes’ by midnight, and we’ll pick up your clothes the next day. If you don’t need a pickup, ignore the message. We’ll check back next time. It’s that simple!
Step 4: Pickup and Cleaning
On your scheduled pickup day, simply leave your bag on your door before 8 AM. Our team will send you a text notification once your clothes are picked up. We’ll handle your items with the utmost care, ensuring they’re cleaned and ready for delivery.
Step 5: Delivery
Your cleaned clothes will be delivered to your door on the next service day (Monday or Thursday). There’s no need to be home—your bag will be waiting for you when you’re ready. We’ll send you a text as soon as your delivery is complete.
Dry Cleaning on Your Terms
No Minimums
Use the service as often or as little as you need. There’s no minimum number of items required for pickup.
No Fees
There are no hidden costs, no monthly fees, and no pickup or delivery charges.
Cancel Anytime
If you decide to stop using our service, just reply ‘STOP’ to our text message. No strings attached.

Scheduling Made Simple
Pickup Days: Clothes are picked up on Mondays and Thursdays only.
Delivery Days: Clothes are always delivered on the next scheduled service day. For example:
If pickup is Monday: Delivery will be Thursday.
If pickup is Thursday: Delivery will be Monday.
Expedited Service: If you need your clothes cleaned faster than the next scheduled delivery date, you’re welcome to bring them to our location for expedited in-person service.
